美國埃德娜·馬漢懲教所(Edna Mahan Correctional Facility)為新澤西州一所女子監獄，去年起接收跨性別囚犯，包括沒有完成變性手術的生理男囚犯。

帶著具生殖能力的男性性器官，走進女子監獄，更與女囚犯發生性行為。

當局指有兩名女囚犯在與跨性別囚犯自願性交後懷孕，未知涉及一位還是兩位跨性別囚犯。

此監獄囚禁了超過800名女囚犯，當中有27名跨性別囚犯。
